2. When should I send payment?

Please do not send payment until you receive a confirmation text or call from us. Payment information can change, so always use the payment instructions provided with your current order confirmation.

Payments are not submitted online.

Tap/credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

3. Is there a delivery minimum?

Yes. Delivery minimums apply and vary by area. Please see our Delivery Minimum Chart for details. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day delivery, but we are not a rapid-demand delivery service. Most deliveries are completed within 90 minutes or less. Locations more than 30 miles from Midtown Atlanta may experience longer waits. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to traffic, order volume, distance, weather, and driver availability. For cities on the outskirts such as Dallas, Dacula, Fairburn, Griffin, Johns Creek, Locust Grove, Villa Rica, etc. - Orders must be received by 11am for same day delivery.

If you place an order during rush hour, please expect a longer wait. For fastest deliver order before 11am.

Note: After arriving drivers will wait 5 minutes. If your order needs to be rescheduled because you are not available, re-delivery is subject to a $10-$15 fee.

5. How do referrals work?

For each verified referral, a customer will receive a free house 3.5 with their next qualifying order.

6. When are your busiest delivery times?

Our busiest hours are typically Tuesday through Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Orders placed during peak hours may experience longer-than-normal waits. Ordering earlier is recommended when timing is important.
